Pursuant to
Section 121 of Act No. XL of 2008, the natural gas storage licensee shall
develop a compliance program presenting the measures and conditions that ensure
non-discriminatory and independent operation.
The natural gas
distributor and the natural gas storage licensee shall prepare annual
compliance reports on the implementation of the programme and on the exposed
results and deficiencies.
