Renewable hydrogen audit

The Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority approved the application for the qualification of the Production Plant pursuant to Section 3 (1) of Government Decree No. 215/2024 (VII. 29.) on the certification of the origin of renewable gases. In its resolution, the Authority established that the MFGT Kardoskut hydrogen production plant is capable of producing renewable hydrogen from renewable power sources through water electrolysis using proton exchange membrane (PEM) technology.

This recognition marks a milestone not only at the corporate level; our activities are also considered pioneering on a national scale. The achievement is the result of close and constructive cooperation with the Authority, which also provides a solid foundation for future developments.
