Personnel changes

Hungarian Gas Storage Ltd (MFGT) hereby informs its customers and partners that the following personnel changes shall be effective in the Company’s management as of 1 July 2020:

László Fritsch, Chairman and CEO leaves the Company. We thank him for the work he accomplished throughout the past 11 years here, serving as the Chairman and CEO for 7 years. Under his leadership, MFGT reached full storage fill level in 2019. László Fritsch will continue his career as CEO at Hungarian Natural Gas Trade Ltd, for which we wish him every success.

Having already spent over 7 years at the storage company, Ákos Kriston, the current deputy-CEO will become the Chairman and CEO of MFGT.

The current head of finance and accounting, Gergely Dukai-Nagy will act as the deputy CEO at the Company.

We congratulate our colleagues on their new positions, and wish them great success in their future tasks.
