Notice – Amendment to conditions of auction No. 2024/5

Hungarian Gas Storage Ltd (HGS) hereby informs its customers that the contractual prices (capacity fees) of the capacity booking contracts, concluded on the basis of the winner bids submitted on Auction No. 2024/5, remain in effect during the whole contractual period: if the tariff of storage year 2026/2027, defined by the Hungarian Regulatory Authority, is lower than the contractual prices, the contractual prices will not be decreased.
