Our Company has examined Government Decree No. 18/2015 (II.16.) on the amendment of Government Decree No. 19/2009. (I.30.) on the implementation of Act No. XL of 2008 on natural gas supply, and having it interpreted, we declare that it affects neither the Company’s operation, nor the storage capacity booking process.
Our Company is committed to evaluating storage capacity booking requests within the booking process pursuant to the applicable regulation.
